Referral Arrangements

• First Alternative:
– The broker keeps their client
– The broker does the interview and collects any documentation required
   (as advised by ibn)
– IBN negotiates with the lender
– IBN places the deal and does all follow up to settlement
– Contact us for commission details

• Second Alternative:
– Broker refers client to ibn with brief outline including contact details.
– ibn does all interviewing, collection of documentation, negotiation, placement
   and follow up.
